Our analytical marketing team does the work of getting our brand in front of prospective customers. We combine deep analytics with creative strategy and content to introduce sleepers to our products. The Director of Customer Acquisition will play an integral role in helping us grow, test, and scale acquisition channels, a huge part of our overall growth strategy. This role will support and drive the execution, analysis and measurement of digital marketing channels, as well as select offline channels like radio, podcast, outdoor media, direct mail, and television. In this position,you will use a combination of your creative and analytical skills to understand our customers, design smart tests, and quickly implement your findings to drive growth and efficient performance in these channels.
